As you know, I enjoy weaving. Since I live in a tiny house, I restrict my weaving to inkle looms.
I mentioned before there is something soothing about the repetitive nature of weaving.
So long winter nights often find me weaving narrow wares. Then I have stacks of coiled ribbons made from leftover projects or gifted threads.
A few of my woven bands
Last year, I found an intriguing picture of a woven ribbon wreath ornament. I thought they were great fun and researched to find the original maker.

What fun I have had putting my own twist on these ornaments! Sizes and colors and beads and ribbons!

Nonetheless, every year there is a regional event where local craftspeople gather and sell their wares in time for the winter holiday season.
I am not a big shopper, and yet I love going to this annual event. I visit with so many friends and acquaintances and fill my creative bucket.
I thought for this year, I would sell my wee wreaths and still have an opportunity to see people.
One friend I know buys a table, and I asked her if we could share space. Then I got a display rack and tested out how it looks...

The event is happening even as this blog is being sent to post... and will be over by the time I see this on the website...
I'll let you know how it went...
